Investment Strategy

The investment objective of the Fund is to maximise total return principally through investment in equity securities which are listed, traded or dealt on Regulated Markets across Europe. The Fund will invest primarily in the shares of companies in Europe which meet environmental, social and governance criteria and will exclude companies from certain industries and companies which are inconsistent with the United Nations Global Compact Principles for Business.

Mr. Davies grew up in Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales, and became besotted with music at an early age. Moritz graduated BSc in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg (Germany) in 2009 where he took part in the Honours Elite Degree Programme. He then went on to complete an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Edinburgh in 2010.

Iain graduated MA in Accountancy from the University of Aberdeen and subsequently trained as a Chartered Accountant.

Biography	Paul graduated BSc in Geology from Edinburgh University, an MSc in Petroleum Geo-science from Imperial College, and a PhD in Geology/Geophysics from Cambridge University. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2000 and is an Investment Manager in the European Equities Investment Team. Paul has been a CFA charter holder since 2003.
