The average duration of all the corporate bonds to which the fund will be exposed to will not exceed 5 years. 3. The fund manager intends to participate in Israeli traded bonds issuances. 4. The fund manager intends, at his discretion, to buy and sell from time to time corporate bonds, for short periods, but is not obligated to do so.
