Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to ILS assets will not be less than80%, provided that the exposure to ILS bonds traded in Israel will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to non-ILS bonds traded in Israel will not exceed 25% and will not be less than (-25%). 3. Exposure to equities will not exceed 10% and will not be less than 2% 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 5. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 6. There will be no exposure to credit risk of banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group. 7. The fund is a foreign securities limited fund. 8. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion, and he is entitled to determine the amount of cash included in the fund's assets from time to time.
