Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to bonds traded in Israel including certificates of deposit will not be less than 50%. 2. The average duration of all the bonds to which the fund will be exposed to, will not exceed 5 years. 3. Exposure to equity will not exceed 30% and will not be less than 8%, provided that the exposure to equity included in the Tel Aviv SE TA 100 index will not be less than 4%, and that the exposure to equities traded overseas will not be less than 4%. 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 25% and will not be less than (-25%). 5. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 20% and will not be less than (-20%). 6. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may exceed 10% of its net asset value.
