The fund's objective is to obtain as high a return as possible in the long term by investing mainly in securities that are representative of the real estate sector in the euro zone. The fund invests in shares of property companies (including real estate investment trusts and regulated property companies and investment companies that invest in real estate, as well as companies active in promoting and developing property), convertible bonds or bonds with warrants issued by property companies, land and property certificates and any analogous securities). Investments representative of the real estate sector in Belgium may form the majority of investments. The fund may not invest more than 40% of its assets in debt of all kinds (such as bonds). Cash and cash equivalents may represent up to 25% of net assets.
