Investment Strategy

The Company aims to achieve a positive growth in value (with a combination of income and growth of capital, with a target return of the UK Retail Prices Index (the RPI), net of fees, with lower volatility than the Morningstar UK NR GBP index, on average, over 5 year rolling periods. Between 50% and 100% of the above exposure will be gained through the use of collective investment vehicles (including those managed by the ACD or its associates or the Investment Managers or their associates), which may include investment trusts, Exchange Traded Funds and Index Funds.
