BTC has been in compression since September 12 (range 114.7–117.6k), with declining volumes and OI and almost zero funding: these phases last 1–3 weeks and are now nearing the end. Alts (ETH, SOL, XRP) are holding up in BTC pairs without exploding, a sign of waiting, while BTC dominance, stuck at 57.9%, confirms an unstable equilibrium.
