Investment Strategy

The primary objective of the Absa Multi-Managed Equity Fund is to provide investors with strong capital growth over the long term. The overall portfolio will invest in large, mid and small capitalisation shares in order to optimise the sustainable long term growth. Securities to be included in the Absa Multi-Managed Equity Fund will be non-equity securities, assets in liquid form and securities acquired on exchanges (as legislation permits) and any other securities that the Act may from time to time allow, all to be acquired at fair market prices. Non-equity securities in the currency of a country other than the Republic of South Africa may only be included as permitted by the Act. The Absa Multi-Managed Equity Fund may also be invested in financial instruments of these assets as determined by legislation from time to time.
