Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Tesseo was the investment director for OmniWealth Ltd. and was the director of research and a portfolio manager at Oak Research Inc. for three years where he developed and managed two market neutral funds. He also worked for five years as a portfolio manager at Harris Investment Management, managing small-cap value portfolios, and served as the director of research and portfolio manager for Navellier & Associates for eight years, managing multiple quantitative strategies.
