The aim of the FUND is to provide its participants profitability by applying at least 90% (ninety percent) of its equity in stocks, bonds or subscription receipts and certificates of deposit of shares admitted to trading on stock exchange or entity organized OTC market shares of Fund shares and Brazilian Depositary Receipts classified as level II and III, according to CVM Instruction 332 of April 4, 2000, companies small and medium-sized which are not included among the 25 largest holdings of the IBrX - Brazil Index, or shares of companies with relatively low and medium market capitalization, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission - CVM and having great growth potential in the long term; or certificates or depositary receipts of securities of such companies, according to the proper technique and observing the legal restrictions and regulations.
