"The Fund aims to provide returns to shareholders accompanying the IPCA, with a high degree of correlation, seeking return in excess of the variation of IMA-B 5, using the instruments available both in the spot market and the market derivatives, limited restrictions on the Closed Pension Fund Entities, through Resolution No. CMN 3.790/09 and 3.792/09, as amended, with respect to exposure of its net worth to risk and the amounts deposited as collateral. For purposes of compliance with the provisions of CMN Resolution. 3.792/09, is now established that data regarding the portfolio and the Fund's operations will be duly sent to the Secretariat for Pension Funds - SPC in form and schedule established by the agency. "
