He is responsible for the overall direction of the firm and together with Thomas Gomes manages fixed income investments for Lorica’s clients. Gary graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (EngSci.) from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Toronto in 1986 and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in 1989. He earned the CFA designation in 1992.

Biography Andrew joined BMO GAM's active fixed income team as a portfolio manager in 2005 & has over 20 years experience in managing fixed income portfolios. Andrew oversees portfolios with an emphasis on the interest anticipation aspects of government bond sectors. Prior to joining BMO, he managed a mix of mutual funds, pooled assets, & segregated private client portfolios for a major institutional investor. Andrew holds an Honours BComm degree from the University of Windsor, a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario & received his CFA designation in 1999.
