Investment Strategy

The fund seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of a Canadian equity index. Currently, the fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Solactive Canada Broad Market Index (CA NTR). Under normal market conditions, DMEC will primarily invest in large and mid-cap securities of Canadian companies.

Tommy is a member of the Institutional Equity Traders Association and MBA association of Quebec.

Biography	Mr. Choquette is Vice-President and Senior Portfolio Manager, Equities of Fiera Sceptre. He leads the investment team responsible for the management of Fiera Sceptre’s market neutral strategies. Mr. Choquette has nine years of investment experience, and has managed the Lipper Award winning Desjardins Environment Fund since 2004. Mr. Choquette is a Chartered Financial Analyst and graduate of the University of Sherbrooke with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Prior to joining Fiera Capital Inc. in 2003, Mr. Choquette was an equity analyst with Elantis Investment Management.
