The fund normally invests primarily in shares of mutual funds managed by Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC (the Investment Manager) or its affiliates, and may also invest in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and third party-advised funds, equity securities (including, but not limited to, common stocks and securities convertible into common stocks) and fixed-income securities, including Treasury Inflation Protected Securities (TIPS), and other instruments such as derivatives.
