Investment Strategy

1. At least 75% will be exposed to (BBB minus) and up, including through certificates of deposit, provided that the exposure to bonds which are not certificates of deposit will not be less than 50%. 2. The rest of the exposure will be determined at the total discretion of the fund manager. 3. There will be no exposure to equities a/o non-investment grade bonds. 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 5. Exposure to credit risks of all the banking corporates and brokers who are not included in the first credit risk rating group will not exceed 20%. 6. Exposure to credit risk of a banking corporate or a certain broker, who is not included in the first credit risk rating group will not exceed 10%.
