Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to corporate bond traded in Israel, rated by a rating company A and up (or equivalent) will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to other assets than the above mentioned, will not exceed 25%. 3. Exposure to A- (minus) corporate bonds will not exceed 25%. 4. Average duration of the bond portfolio will not exceed 5 years. 5. The fund will not create exposure to equities. 6. Exposure to forex will not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 7. There will be no exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 8. The fund will not create exposure to credit risk from a possible exposure to cash and deposits deposited in banking corporates which are not included in the first credit risk group. 9. Exposure to credit risk of all the banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group will not exceed 20%. 10. Exposure to credit risk of a banking corporate or broker which is not included in the first credit risk group will not exceed 10%.
