Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to bonds (excluding certificates of deposit) will not be less than 50%. 2. Exposure to any king of bonds including certificates of deposit will not be less than 75%, provided that the exposure to bonds issued by the state a/o guaranteed by it will not be less than 50%. 3. Exposure to gov. bonds a/o AA rated bonds and up, will not be less than75% 4. Bonds purchased for the fund will be only bonds issued by the state a/o guaranteed by it a/o AA rated bonds and up. 5. The fund will not create exposure to equities, foreign currency and non-investment grade bonds. 6. The fund will not create exposure to credit risk stemming resulting from possible exposure to cash and deposit deposited in banking corporates which are not included in the first group of credit risk. Exposure to credit risks of all the banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group will not exceed 20%.
