Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in large cap equity securities. The fund invests in a portfolio of approximately 35-45 common stocks that the fund's sub-advisor believes offers the best potential for earnings growth with the lowest risk of negative earnings surprises.
