Biography Guat Cheng is the Head of Fixed Income. She is responsible for managing the team and overseeing all fixed income strategies. Guat Cheng manages the Asian local currency bond and China bond strategies. Guat Cheng joined Fullerton in 2003. She was previously a management consultant with McKinsey & Co (New York & Beijing). She worked with several financial institutions in the US and China, on business strategy, organisation restructuring as well as operations issues. Prior to that, she worked as an Asian Markets Research strategist in JP Morgan (Singapore), formulating local Asian currency and interest rate views, as well as trading strategy recommendations.   Guat Cheng is a CFA charterholder. She received her MBA from Columbia Business School, and graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a First Class Honours Degree in Business (Financial Analysis).
Siew Huey Loong - 2010 Now
Biography Siew Huey is the Head of Credit Research in the Fixed Income team, with a focus on Asian high yield credits. She is also the lead portfolio manager of the Fullerton Asian High Yield Bond Fund   Siew Huey joined Fullerton in 2011. She was previously a Credit Strategist with Royal Bank of Scotland (Singapore). Siew Huey has also worked at Fitch Ratings (Hong Kong) as an Asian high yield analyst. During this time, she worked with Fitch Ratings’ China joint venture, Lianhe Ratings, in developing their credit rating processes and methodologies. Prior to this, she held credit research and ratings roles in ABN AMRO Bank (Singapore and Hong Kong) and Abacus Capital Group (Singapore). She was a KPMG Peat Marwick scholar and started her career as an auditor with KPMG (Singapore) for three years.   Siew Huey is a CPA and CFA charterholder. She graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Second Upper Class Honours) and subsequently obtained an MBA from Columbia University.
