The investment seeks capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests primarily in securitized credit securities. It also may invest in other fixed-income instruments, including, without limitation, bonds and other similar instruments issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government and its agencies and instrumentalities, by non-U.S. governments and their agencies and instrumentalities and by private sector entities. The fund's allocation of its assets into various asset classes within the fixed income market will depend on the views of GMO as to the best value relative to what is currently available in the market.

Biography Mr. Nabet is a portfolio manager for GMO's Opportunistic Income Strategy. He is a member of GMO’s Structured Products team, also contributing research focused on commercial mortgage-backed securities. Prior to joining GMO in 2015, Ben was Director of Global Arbitrage Trading and previously the Vice President of Global Arbitrage and Trading at RBC Capital Markets. He earned his engineering degree in Control and Dynamical Systems from Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile (ENAC), in Toulouse, France. He received his PhD and MA in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.

Biography Mr. Auth is the head of GMO's Developed Fixed Income team and a partner of the firm. He is the lead portfolio manager for the Opportunistic Income and High Yield strategies and heads the Structured Products team as well. Prior to joining GMO in 2014, he was a Portfolio Manager for the Harvard Management Company. He was also a Research Director at Standish Mellon Asset Management. Mr. Auth earned his bachelor's degree in Government and History from Connecticut College and his MBA from the University of Connecticut. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biography Mr. Inker is co-head of GMO’s Asset Allocation team, a member of the GMO Board of Directors and a partner of the firm. He joined GMO in 1992 following the completion of his bachelor's degree in Economics from Yale University. In his years at GMO, Mr. Inker has served as an analyst for the Quantitative Equity and Asset Allocation teams, as a portfolio manager of several equity and asset allocation portfolios, as co-head of International Quantitative Equities, and as CIO of Quantitative Developed Equities. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biography Mr. Wilderman is the co-Head of Asset Allocation Team and Developed Fixed Income Team for GMO. Mr. Wilderman has been responsible for overseeing the portfolio management of GMO’s asset allocation portfolios since September 2012, and for overseeing the portfolio management of GMO’s developed fixed income portfolios since November 2014. Previously, Mr. Wilderman had been Co-Head of GMO’s Global Equity Team since 2009.

Biography Mr. Seidner is CIO Non-traditional Strategies, a managing director and head of portfolio management in the New York office. He is also a generalist portfolio manager and a member of the Investment Committee. He rejoined PIMCO in November 2014 after serving as head of fixed income at GMO LLC. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2009, he was a managing director and domestic fixed income portfolio manager at Harvard Management Company. Previously, he was director of active core strategies at Standish Mellon Asset Management. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Boston College.

Biography Mr. Cooper is a Co-Lead portfolio manager at Invesco Advisers, Inc. Prior to joining Invesco Advisers, Inc, he was co-manages GMO’s global fixed income area with Bill Nemerever. Before joining GMO in 1993, he was a managing director at Boston International Advisors. Prior to joining Boston International, he worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Western Asset Management and State Street Bank & Trust Co. Mr. Cooper received his M.B.A. from the University of California (Berkeley) and earned a B.A. from Oberlin College. He is a CFA charterholder.
