Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its Net Assets in a diversified portfolio of equity investments in mid-cap issuers. The fund may also invest in securities outside of the then-existing mid-cap issuer capitalization range at the time of investment.

Rowe Price, Ashley was employed by Goldman Sachs as a managing director and portfolio manager from 2013 to 2018. Before joining T. Rowe Price in 2007, Ashley was a senior vice president and senior restaurants analyst with Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. and an associate director with Bear Stearns, covering high-growth restaurants. Biography Mr. Glassner is a portfolio manager, focused on our Small/Mid and Mid Cap Growth strategies, in addition to his healthcare sector portfolio manager responsibilities. Mr. Glassner received a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester in 1990, Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago in 1995, and an MBA from the University Of Rochester Graduate School Of Business in 1999. In addition to completing his residency at Strong Memorial Hospital at the University of Rochester, Mr. Glassner was also a practicing physician for Allina and Aspen Medical Groups where he specialized in Internal Medicine.

Biography Warren started his career at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA in 1994. While on GSAM’s Growth Equity team, Warren was responsible for both the Financial sector, as well as Service companies in the Technology industry. In addition to his analyst duties, Warren was a Portfolio Manager on several of portfolios. Over his 19 years at GSAM, Warren was a Co-Portfolio Manager for The Goldman Sachs Growth Opportunities Fund (mid cap), The Goldman Sachs Capital Growth Fund (large cap) as well as The Goldman Sachs Flexible Cap Growth (all cap) portfolios. He then joined Fortress Investments in 2013, to help build Logan Circle’s first equity franchise. Warren co-managed three large capitalization growth portfolios, as well as one mid cap portfolio. In 2015, Warren created Manole Capital to exclusively focus on the FinTech industry. With over two decades of asset management experience in this specific niche, Warren is looking to capitalize on his background and primary area of expertise.

Biography Ekizian is a Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager. He joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P.(GSAM) in January 1997 when GSAM acquired Liberty Investment Management. He was a senior portfolio manager at Liberty Investment Management prior to the acquisition. Ekizian holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Kenneth T. Berents Senior Portfolio Manager 2000 2005
Biography Ken has more than 31 years of investment experience, and now serves as the Co-Chairman of Princeton Capital Management's Investment Committee. He began working with the Firm as an Advisory Director in 2007, while also managing family funds and serving on Boards or Advisory Councils of several corporate and not-for-profit organizations. Previously, Ken was a Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, serving as Senior Portfolio Manager and Co-Chairman of the investment committee of the Growth team, which managed over $25 billion in assets. Prior to that he was the Director of Equity Research for Wheat First Union, now part of Wells Fargo. Earlier in his investment career, he was a senior research analyst with Alex. Brown & Sons, Legg Mason, and Wheat First Butcher Singer where he was named a Wall Street Journal All Star Media Analyst. A graduate of Villanova University, Ken also received an MA in Journalism from the University of Missouri. Before entering the investment field, Ken was a newspaper reporter, and named an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow in Economics at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School while working for the Baltimore Sun.
