Investment Strategy

The fundamental investment objective of this Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing primarily in a broad range of U.S. companies. The Fund will principally invest in equity securities of large-capitalization U.S. companies from across a broad range of industry groups. Investments may include common shares, preferred shares, rights, warrants and convertible securities. The Fund may also invest in securities of companies based outside the U.S. While the Fund intends to invest primarily in securities of U.S. companies, it may invest in securities of non-U.S. companies where the Fund’s investment advisor believes they may add value to the Fund.
