The investment seeks reasonable income and long-term capital growth. The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of common stocks and investment grade fixed-income securities. It may invest in any type or class of security. The anticipated mix of the fund's holdings is typically 60-70% of its assets in equities and 30-40% in fixed-income securities, including, investment-grade corporate bonds, U.S. Treasury and government agency bonds, mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, and commercial-backed securities.
