After serving as Mackenzie’s Chief Strategist and Economist from 2014 to 2018, Todd joined the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, where he served as VP, Portfolio Construction, Chief Strategist and Chief Economist. Todd currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Investment Committee and Pension Committee of Queen’s University.
