Investment Strategy

To increase asset value in the medium term. This subfund invests indirectly in the bond market. It is managed in a synthetic manner and invests a minimum of 75% of its assets in equity and similar securities, the performance of which is swapped against that of the reference benchmark (IBOXX € euro zone 3-5) through a swap contract (Total Return Swap). As such, there is no exposure to equity markets. The use of financial derivative instruments does not generate a leverage effect, insofar as the maximum exposure resulting from those instruments never exceeds the NAV of the subfund. The remainder of its assets, namely a maximum of 25%, may be invested in any other transferable securities, money market instruments, derivative financial instruments or cash, within the limit of 15% in debt securities of any kind and within the limit of 10% in other UCITS or UCI. The subfund’s exposure to currencies other than the euro will be nil.
