Investment Strategy

The objectives of this Fund are to achieve above-average long-term, risk-adjusted returns and to provide diversification of risk by investing primarily in entities outside of Canada and the United States. The Fund will be invested primarily in equities and equity-related securities. The amount invested in any one country will vary depending upon the economic, investment, and market outlook and opportunities in each area. Treasury bills or short-term investments not exceeding three years to maturity will also be used.

Biography	Peter Lampert is a portfolio manager at Mawer Investment Management Ltd. Biography	David Ragan is a director and portfolio manager at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which he joined in 2004. He is co-manager for Mawer’s international equity mandates, including the Mawer International Equity Strategy and Mawer EAFE Large Cap Strategy. Mr. Ragan has been a member of Mawer’s board of directors since 2007 and is involved in setting the firm’s strategic direction. Mr. Ragan received his Bachelor of Commerce in 2003 from the University of Calgary and also attended the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (the Business University of Vienna, Austria).

Biography	Gerald Cooper-Key is Honorary Chairman and Portfolio Manager at Mawer which he joined in 1981. He has managed the Mawer World Investment Fund since its inception. Previously, he was a Senior Investment Officer with Royal Trust Corporation from 1969 to 1981, and prior to that, he was a Management Trainee at Barclays Bank in England, which he joined in 1967.
