Investment Strategy

The Fund's investment objective is to seek capital appreciation. No assurance can be given that the Fund will achieve its investment objective. The Fund seeks to outperform the MSCI All Country World (ex-US) Small Mid Cap Index, unhedged, measured in U.S. dollars, over a full market cycle. A full market cycle is defined as typically three to five years. The Trustee invests the Fund's assets primarily in foreign equity securities. The Trustee generally focuses on companies with small to medium capitalization and companies it believes to have above average earnings growth potential. The Trustee uses a bottom up investment approach to buying and selling.
