The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of small capitalization companies with public stock market capitalizations (based upon shares available for trading on an unrestricted basis) within the range of the market capitalization of companies constituting the Russell 2000® Growth Index at the time of investment. The small capitalization companies in which the fund invests are selected for their growth potential. Its investments in small capitalization companies may include micro-capitalization companies.
