Biography	Tadd H. Chessen, CFA Portfolio Manager & Research Analyst Tadd Chessen is a Portfolio Manager responsible for co-managing the Perkins International Value and Perkins Global Value strategies, positions he has held since April 2013 and December 2013, respectively. He is also a research analyst covering non-U.S. securities with a focus on the utilities and telecommunications sectors, a position he has held since joining Perkins in May 2011. Prior to joining Perkins, Mr. Chessen was a partner and analyst at Millgate Capital Inc., a deep-value, long/short hedge fund focused exclusively on non-U.S. equities. Before joining Millgate in 2004, Mr. Chessen worked for four years in private equity at Saunders, Karp & Megrue as well as Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst in both New York and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to Hicks Muse, he was an analyst in the equity research department of ING Barings in Argentina. Mr. Chessen began his career in 1994 in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley. He received a bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of Virginia, where he graduated with distinction, and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Columbia Business School. Mr. Chessen holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 20 years of financial industry experience.

Biography	Gregory R. Kolb, CFA, is Chief Investment Officer of Perkins since 2015. Mr. Kolb is Co-Portfolio Manager of Janus Henderson International Value Fund, which he has co-managed since April 2013. Mr. Kolb is also Portfolio Manager of other Janus Henderson accounts. Prior to joining Perkins, Mr. Kolb was Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager from 2005 to July 2010 at Janus Capital. Mr. Kolb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University (of Ohio) where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Kolb holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Chris is a Portfolio Manager for the non-U.S., Global and European strategies and is a member of ICAP’s Portfolio Management Group. Chris was previously a member of ICAP’s Investment Team from 2003-2010, and held the position of Senior Research Analyst. He returned to ICAP in 2015 after nearly 5 years with Perkins Investment Management, LLC where he served as a Senior Research Analyst and ultimately held the position of Portfolio Manager, co-managing global value and international value products. Chris earned a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a CFA charterholder. Chris’s tenure with ICAP covers 8 years, and he has 13 years of industry experience.
