The objective of the Japanese Equities Subfund is to achieve long term capital growth investing in shares of Japanese companies. For the Sub-fund's main investment category, the manager integrates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into its investment selection process. The Sub-fund places at least two-thirds of its holdings, directly or indirectly, in shares, other securities, or participation rights of companies either headquartered or carrying out a predominant part of their business in Japan. The Subfund can invest up to 49% of its assets in collective investment schemes (incl. REITs) and up to 10% in structured products.
