Investment Strategy

The investment policy of the Fund is to invest the funds of the Fund, preferably in operations in the private credit market, such as: Debentures, Promissory Notes, Bank Credit (CCBs), Certificate of Bank Credit (CCCBs) certificate of deposit (CDs), shares in investment funds (FIDC), Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRIs), Commercial Papers ("Commercial Papers"), Rural Product Notes (CPRs), cell Mortgage (CCIs), Credit Derivatives, Stocks, among other private debt securities, using the instruments available in the financial market, subordinating to the composition and diversification requirements established by applicable regulations, with the goal of seeking superior returns to the variation of the rates of CDI in the long run.
