This collective trust fund is designed for investors that expect to retire between the years 2048 and 2052. The fund invests in underlying mutual funds (defined in the Declaration of Trust). The mutual funds invest in US and/or foreign common stocks; investment grade or non-investment grade fixed income securities; securities of real estate companies; and cash. The asset allocation becomes progressively more conservative as the target retirement date nears. When this date is reached, the fund continues to have exposure to equities. The fund becomes more conservative after the target retirement date until the allocation matches the SEI Retirement Income Fund.
