The Fund is a feeder fund investing at least 85% of its assets in the Russian Prosperity Fund Luxembourg (the master fund). The master fund is an actively managed equity fund investing in Russia and its surrounding countries. The invstment manager of the master fund is Prosperity Capital Management. The Fund’s investment objective is to achieve capital growth over the long term.
