Investment Strategy

"1. Exposure to any kind of bonds (including certificates of deposit and excluding bonds that create exposure to shares) shall not be less than 75%, provided that the exposure rate to bonds shall not be less than 50%. 2. The fund manager intends to look at market condition changes which create opportunities to move between bonds investment channels and act accordingly. 3. The fund shall not create exposure to shares. 4. Exposure to foreign currency shall not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 5. The fund might create exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 6. The rest of the exposure in the fund shall be determined at the absolute discretion of the fund manager. 7. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may not exceed 10% of its net asset value. "
