Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in stocks that are included in its benchmark index. The fund seeks to match the performance of the entire U.S. stock market by tracking the performance of its benchmark index, the S&P Total Market Index (S&P Index). The S&P Index is a broad-market index consisting of all eligible U.S. common equities, including large-, mid-, small-, and micro-cap stocks.
