Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in foreign growth companies. It will invest its assets in the equity securities, typically common stock, of small foreign companies. The fund may invest a large percentage of its assets in a few sectors. Biography Director and Portfolio Manager Kabir Goyal joined Brown Capital Management in 2017. Prior to this, Kabir was an Associate Portfolio Manager for the Wasatch International Growth Fund since 2015 and joined Wasatch Advisors in 2012 as a Senior Equities Analyst on the international research team. Before joining Wasatch Advisors, Kabir worked as an equity analyst at Putnam Investments in Boston, focusing on international industrials and materials. He began his career at Cambridge Associates in Menlo Park, California. where he was promoted to senior associate and team leader of the associates. In addition to the CFA certification, Kabir holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in computer science and economics from Pomona College.

Biography Ms. Hoffman joined Wasatch Advisors in 2002. Prior to joining Wasatch, she was a vice president and research analyst for two international funds at Denver Investment Advisors. Ms. Hoffman also worked for INVISTA Capital Management in Des Moines, IA where she was a portfolio strategist and relationship manager for the international investment team. Ms. Hoffman splits her time between Wasatch’s offices in Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, UT.

Biography Gerding joined Wasatch in 2002. Previously, he was a vice president and portfolio manager at Denver Investment Advisors from 1999. Prior to that, Gerding was senior vice president of investments for Founders Asset Management from 1990. He also served as portfolio manager and research analyst with NCNB Texas from 1985 to 1990. Gerding is member of the Denver Society of Security Analysts. Gerding holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
