Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of large-capitalization companies. The fund managers consider large-capitalization companies to be companies with market capitalizations greater than $3 billion at the time of purchase. The Adviser expects investments in foreign companies, including emerging market companies and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), will typically represent less than 25% of the fund's assets.
