Xtrackers II - USD Overnight Rate Swap UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Deutsche Asset Management S.A. It is managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in notional deposit earning the federal funds effective rate with interest being reinvested in the deposit daily. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Fed Funds Effective Rate Total Return Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as Xtrackers II - USD Cash Swap UCITS ETF . Xtrackers II - USD Overnight Rate Swap UCITS ETF was formed on September 28, 2007 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
