The fund is managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. It invests in the public equity markets of Japan. The fund seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in the stocks of large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI Japan Investable Market Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares MSCI Japan UCITS ETF (Acc). iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares Core MSCI Japan IMI UCITS ETF was formed on September 25, 2009 and is domiciled in Ireland.
