Investment Strategy

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The Portfolio, using a market capitalization weighted approach, purchases a broad and diverse group of readily marketable securities of U.S. small cap companies that the Advisor determines to have high profitability and relative prices compared to other U.S. small cap companies at the time of purchase. As a non-fundamental policy, under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities of small cap U.S. companies.

Biography	Mr. Gray is Head of Global Equity Trading and a Vice President of Dimensional Funds Advisors LP and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Gray received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1995 and his AB from Princeton University in 1989. Mr. Gray joined DFA in 1995, was a Portfolio Manager from 1995 to 2005, and has been Head of Global Equity Trading since 2006, and since 2012 responsible for the international portfolios managed by Dimensional.

Biography	Bhanu P. Singh is Vice President and a Senior Portfolio Manager of the Sub-Adviser. Mr. Singh joined Dimensional originally in 2003 and has been a portfolio manager since 2012. Mr. Singh has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
