The fund’s investment objective is to achieve the highest possible return, in combination with a reasonable annual distribution of income. The benchmark for the fund is composed of 70% STOXX Europe Mid 200 Net and of 30% STOXX Europe Small 200 Net. The benchmark is not replicated; it merely serves as a starting point for investment decisions. The fund management seeks to outperform the benchmark. At least 51% of the fund’s assets are invested in equities. The assets acquired for the fund are equities of medium-sized and small European companies (“mid-caps and small-caps”) with above-average growth prospects. Up to 49% of the fund’s assets may be invested in other securities. Up to 20% of the fund’s assets may be invested in interest-bearing securities. Promissory note loans shall be attributed to the investment limit applicable for interest-bearing securities. Up to 10% of the fund’s assets may be invested in all permissible investment fund units.
