The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks. It invests in domestic and foreign issuers. The fund invests in securities of companies whose value the adviser believes is not fully recognized by the public. It invests in either "growth" stocks or "value" stocks or both. The adviser uses fundamental analysis of factors such as each issuer's financial condition and industry position, as well as market and economic conditions to select investments.
