Investment Strategy

"1. The fund manager intends to act so that the exposure to each of the bonds included in the fund benchmark index relatively to the weighting of each of them in the index. 2. Exposure to bonds included in the Index will not be less than 75% of the net asset value of the fund. 3. The fund will not create exposure to equities. 4. The fund will not create exposure to foreign currency. 5. The fund will not create exposure to non-investment grade bonds 6. The fund will not buy or create for the fund options and futures and will not do for the fund repurchase transactions. 7. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund means at his absolute discretion, and is authorized to determine the amount of cash included in the fund's assets from time to time. "
