The investment objective of the hausInvest is to achieve a stable, above-average return – compared to other open-ended real estate funds that primarily invest in the Federal Republic of Germany. This is sought through regular rent income, interest income and a continuous increase in the value of the real estate potfolio. This is intended to give yield-oriented investors access to an attractive risk-return-profile within the investment range of open-ended real estate funds. The fund primarily invests in countries that are signatory states to the Agreement of the European Economic Area (EEA), and in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The most important investment markets are the North American and Asia-Pacific regions.
