Investment Strategy

The investment seeks to provide growth of capital. The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in common stocks of U.S. and foreign companies that the manager believes are competitively well-positioned, gaining market share, have the potential for long-term growth and/or operate in regions or countries that the manager believes possess attractive growth characteristics. It primarily invests in issuers of developed countries, including the U.S., although the fund has the ability to invest in issuers domiciled in or doing business in any country or region around the globe, including emerging markets.

She joined WRIMCO in October 2003 as an investment analyst, with industry responsibilities concentrated in biotechnology, healthcare equipment and supplies, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences tools and services. Ms. Ross became an assistant portfolio manager with the large cap growth equity team in February 2006 and has served as portfolio manager for investment companies managed by WRIMCO and IICO since January 2009. She holds a BS degree in business administration and a BA degree in French from John M. Prior to that, he was with American Express Financial Advisors from 1987 to 1995, focusing on strategies for global bond portfolios, currency hedging, and foreign equity markets. He also worked for the United Nations for five years. Reilly holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Prior to that, he was president of Marsh & Cunningham-Castegren International from 1985 to 1990. Additionally, he has been an officer of several other firms, including Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Company, Lazard Freres & Company, the New York-based investment companies of the Wallenberg Group, and the Stockholm Enskilda Bank.
