Investment Strategy

"1. At least 75% of the net asset value of the Fund shall be exposed to bonds of listed companies and / or Incorporated in the USA. 2. The goal of the fund is to achieve results as similar as possible to the rates of change in Iboxx $ Liquid Investment Grade 30 Index in NIS Terms. 3. The Fund shall not create equity exposure. 4. Foreign currency exposure of the Fund's assets shall not exceed the absolute value of 120% of the net value of the fund assets. 5. The Fund shall not create exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 6. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency held by the fund, plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity abroad through foreign exchanges may exceed 10% of the net value of its assets. 7.The rest of the fund's asset shall be invested on the sole discretion of the Fund Manager. "
