Investment Strategy
The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund has a non-fundamental policy to invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the value of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in emerging market companies. The fund principally invests in equity securities, including common stocks and preferred stocks, of companies economically tied to emerging market countries and in depositary receipts.
