Investment Strategy

The fund aims to provide returns to its shareholders by through investment primarily in fixed income assets, with a focus on mortgage assets, especially mortgage-backed securities - CRI, Real Estate Credit Notes - CCIs, debentures, shares of Investment Funds in Credit Rights - FDIC, and other titles credit that have real estate receivables as collateral or guarantee of immovable property ("Mortgage Assets"). Excluded strategies involving foreign currency risk or equities.
