Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Multi Investment, Media & Publishing and Transport sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.62%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Fisheries Co. (SE:6050), which rose 9.84% or 1.50 points to trade at 16.75 at the close. Meanwhile, ALABDULLATIF CO. (SE:2340) added 4.29% or 1.30 points to end at 31.60 and Anaam International Holding Group (SE:4061) was up 3.60% or 0.80 points to 23.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Kingdom Holding Company (SE:4280), which fell 4.75% or 0.75 points to trade at 15.05 at the close. Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (SE:7040) declined 4.03% or 0.25 points to end at 5.95 and Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance (SE:8100) was down 3.25% or 0.60 points to 17.85.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 113 to 53.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.87% or 0.36 to $41.38 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.81% or 0.36 to hit $44.20 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.24% or 2.60 to trade at $1081.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.14% to 4.0021, while USD/SAR rose 0.05% to 3.7514.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.08% at 99.55.
