Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.02%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 1.89% or 0.69 points to trade at 37.25 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) added 1.28% or 6.5 points to end at 515.0 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) was up 1.19% or 4.4 points to 375.3 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which lost 1.44% or 12.5 points to trade at 856.0 in late trade. Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) declined 1.34% or 3.50 points to end at 258.50 and Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) shed 1.16% or 5.8 points to 494.7.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 66 to 49 and 23 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.47% or 0.25 to $53.18 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.65% or 0.36 to hit $55.95 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.05% or 0.65 to trade at $1225.15 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.30% to 7.0379, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4366.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 101.35.
